Artichoke Bake
“Swallowin & Chokin”
2 (6 ounce) jars marinated artichoke hearts, chopped
4 eggs, beaten
¼ cup Italian bread crumbs
1/8 teaspoon oregano
1/8 teaspoon hot sauce
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Mix all ingredients in medium bowl.
Pour in pam-sprayed 9x9 baking dish.
Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
